Summary: Clip Trimmer is a developer tool. Use it for lawful content you own or have the rights to process. It is provided as-is. You are responsible for compliance with copyright and platform terms for any content you create or distribute.
01 Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using Clip Trimmer, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the tool.
02 License
Clip Trimmer is a developer tool. Source distribution and licensing details will be published alongside any public release. Until a public release is announced, the tool is provided for personal and evaluation use. The LPagesAppLabs name, branding, and website remain proprietary.
03 Acceptable Use
You may use Clip Trimmer only to process video content that you own, have licensed, or otherwise have the right to process and distribute. You are responsible for:
- Compliance with copyright law for all content you process
- Compliance with the terms of service of any platform to which you upload output
- Ensuring any AI-generated or face-detected content meets applicable laws and platform policies
- Any third-party API costs and terms you incur by configuring external services
04 Prohibited Uses
You may not use Clip Trimmer to:
- Process content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
- Create deepfakes, synthetic media, or manipulated content designed to deceive
- Process content depicting illegal activity
- Circumvent content protection measures on third-party platforms
05 Disclaimer of Warranties
Clip Trimmer is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind. We do not warrant fitness for any particular purpose, correctness of output, or uninterrupted operation. Video processing quality depends on input quality and your system configuration.
06 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LPagesAppLabs / D.Badi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Clip Trimmer, including but not limited to: loss of content, copyright claims from third parties, or platform account actions taken against you.
07 Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania (EU). Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Romanian courts.
